In summer 2005 I will complete my Trainee education with
WRIST.
During my 2 year education I have been working in 3 different departments. I started in the Purchasing Department where I quickly acquired the responsibility for the purchases to our provisions, bonded and cold store. Right from the start it has been very exiting to be allowed to come up with proposals to changes and possible changes of suppliers and at the same time to get the responsibility of your own area.
Afterwards I was in our Sales Department primarily responsible for ships calling at Aalborg Harbour. I was also allowed to work in our Singapore office for 2 weeks and it was exiting to experience their working environment compared to Denmark.
At present I am with WRIST Bulk trading meat over all the world. Here I draw on the experiences from the Purchasing and Sales Department and use my knowledge of languages.
I am sure that you can make a carreer for yourself in WRIST Group choosing between with the wide range of tasks and the possibility of stationing in one of the officies abroad.
